Free Cursive Fonts

Want a sneak peek into my secret stash of free cursive fonts?

Today I’m sharing 10 free cursive fonts that I use all the time in my design work! I’ve included easy to follow download links at the bottom of the post.  Not sure how to install a font on your computer? I’ve got you covered with a step by step written tutorial and a video tutorial as well! Installing a font is not as hard as you might think. Promise!

And in case you’re wondering I decided to call these “cursive” fonts even though they could also be labeled “handwritten” or “script” fonts.  With about a bazillion fonts available today it is really hard to draw the line between script, cursive, handwritten, and calligraphy.  But who’s complaining.  (wink!)

If you download any of these fonts and use them in a project I would love to see!  Tag @kendrajohn on Twitter or IG and use #hellokeylime. Or if you have a font to share with me I’m always on the font hunt! Let’s be font besties!

The fonts are so gorgeous! Love them all! I noticed most of them are free for personal use only, does that mean you have to pay to use them in commercial projects? I’m quite new to design and the whole font thing, so I’m not sure how to proceed.

Hi! Yes, you will need to read the terms of use for each font. Most have a commercial use that you can purchase. It varies with each font and you just need to find out from the designer/store where you download it. :)
