Yesterday Sophie and I shared a Valentines Apple for an afternoon snack. First I cut a slice of apple, and carefully cut out a heart shape. Then take all the “healthy” out of the snack and top it generously with caramel! YUM! And of course as a two year old she didn’t really understand the “valentines” part of the snack but she did kept saying “pretty apple”. I think it was a winner!
