Now that Picnik is closed everyone seems to be on the hunt for a new online photo editor. And while I use photoshop for most all my photo stuff I recently tried out PicMonkey and it is SUPER fun, FREE, and easy to use! Besides basic color and exposure editing there are also a lot of fun photo effect! I spent the afternoon testing them out! I am a little in love with the Dark Edge Effect and the Cinerama Effect!

[Volcano Park] – Dark Edge Effect

[At the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival] – Color Process Effect

[Mauna Kea Beach] –  Cinerama Effect

[Flower] –  Fancy Focus Effect

[Junlge Beach Road] – Holga Effect

You should give PicMonkey a try!

Thank you for recommending PicMonkey – am off to have a look. And I like that “possible/impossible” saying. It reminds me of one of my favourites “It is never too late to be what you might have been”.

Hi! I’m Kendra. I’m hoping you love cookie dough, celebrating holidays with simple traditions and procrastinating laundry just as much as me!
